Scattano dal 1°giugno 2023 gli aumenti salariali e saranno pari al 6,6% per i lavoratori metalmeccanici ai quali si applica il Ccnl firmato il 31.5.21 da Legacoop, Confcooperative e Agci e le organizzazioni sindacali FIM-FIOM-UILM. Come previsto dal Contratto, dopo la comunicazione Istat, che ha riscontrato che l’importo relativo all’adeguamento Ipca 2022 al netto degli energetici importati è risultato pari a 6,6 %, superiore all’incremento retributivo complessivo di riferimento stabilito nel CCNL per il 2023 del 1,44 % (27€ per il liv C3), quindi si è attivata la clausola di salvaguardia e gli aumenti saranno adeguati al valore IPCA consuntivato.
L’aumento mensile del 6,6%. riguarderà tutti i livelli e prendendo ad esempio il livello C3 sarà di 123,40 €, ben superiore dei 27 € stabiliti dal CCNL.
